1.) Take your nude lip liner and lines your lips (defining a clear shape)

2.) Next a glittery and shiny lip gloss that will act as an adhesive for the next step

3.) Take a super loose pigmented powder and apply it to the lips

Then Voila! You have created your own metallic lip look. A quick, easy, and fun trend that even you can do yourself at home. But not all foil lips are powder or flakes. Of course there is foil paper that is made to be pressed against the lips after they have some type of adhesive lip gloss on, and it gives off the same look.
